CHALLENGE

As micro-markets continue their rapid expansion nationwide, it’s in the best interest of relevant brands to make sure they’re snagging shelf space.

APPROACH

We partnered with a major micro-market operator to secure slotting for multiple brands from seven of our clients. This included extensive testing to help determine which products would be successful.

RESULTS

Our strategy led directly to quarterly supplier sales growth of about 20% in Q1 2022 vs. Q4 2021 as well as monthly same-store sales growth approaching 19% for some brands.
